Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues independently and assist employees and customers with IT-related concerns.
- Diagnose and resolve network-related issues efficiently.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Set up, configure, and maintain server environments as needed.
